Agents of change
Note
The main target of architects is to make a change or a decision about the system, so some architects rarely deal with code or deep technical implementations.
These architects are more about people, like bringing the right architects for the right clients or the right engineers/managers in order to drive discussions/meetings into making these decisions, and this brings issues like:
- Monetary cost.
- Delivery time. since the decisions that architects make may affect one or both of them at the same time.
